Purchasing culinary bar supplies is essential for creating a well-stocked bar. From glassware to mixers, having the right tools enhances service quality and ensures a smooth bar operation.


Cooking equipment


The most popular appliances in a bar kitchen are deep fryers, griddles, char broilers, and commercial ranges. If you don't need a complete four or six-burner range, think about hot plates or a portable induction range. Counter top fryers are great substitutes for full-sized, floor-mounted machines. But, consider how much food you plan to fry before deciding.


Refrigeration
